You reserve a block of time and a vehicle, and the chauffeur stays with you throughout, driving between stops and waiting curbside in between, so you keep control of the itinerary.

Is there a minimum booking time?

Hourly service carries a minimum that varies by vehicle and market. Our reservations team confirms the minimum when you book so there are no surprises.

What is included in the vehicle?

Bottled water and Wi-Fi are standard, along with a dedicated professional chauffeur. Vehicle choices range from executive sedans and SUVs to Sprinters for larger parties.

Can I change my plans during the day?

Yes. As-directed service is built for open itineraries: add a stop, extend the block, or adjust the route, and dispatch handles the rest subject to availability.
