Gem Limousine caters toward the preferences of our travelers. When booking a "curbside" or "baggage claim" airport-pickup, it will be noted along with your flight information upon booking. Gem offers a 1-hour grace period with all airport pickups after the official reported in-gate time. 

Gem's dispatch & chauffeur team will monitor each arriving flight to ensure chauffeurs are on time. Our clients can expect baggage claim meets at the correct terminal with a tablet displaying a passenger name. Our airport services are available in every major city.

Gem Chauffeurs are trained on safety and utilize their skills to ensure reliability with each trip. Trained on the Smith System, they're prepared to transport our clients in the most harsh weather conditions and practice defensive driving habits.

GPS tracking devices are installed on each of our vehicles which provides our office with real-time data of vehicle speeds, routes & locations. Each Gem chauffeur is equipped with an iPad that streamlines trip itineraries, mapping, status updates & passenger profile notes. For added convenience, our clients can track chauffeurs up to 30 minutes prior to their pickup on their mobile devices with use of the Gem Limousine Mobile App.
